1. Add a product
While adding your product, don’t forget to describe it clearly and with honesty. If you have any issue, feel free to contact our team through our Facebook account or via our email contact: info@surfsnb.com (We speak English, French, German, Italian and Spanish).
2. Receive offers/ requests
Receive offers/ requests: People can make offers or requests for any product add. They just need to press on “Request to buy” or on“Make an offer”.
3. Confirm/ Pay
Confirm or refuse the shipment fee proposal that theseller sent you and proceed to the online payment to strike the deal safely.
4. Ship the product
As soon as the payment is accepted, the buyer’s address appears on your account. Ship your product and send the tracking number and the link of the shipping company’s website to the buyer.
5. Receiving the product
Let the seller know that you received the product by clicking on “product received” in “my requests”. Don’t forget to rate your deal process and give feedback!
6. Claim the payment
The buyer received the product. You can now click on “claim my payment” and Surfsnb will transfer you your money.
